| General strategic objectives, information regarding the activities of the capital company and commercial activities | The municipality SIA “Maltese Household Hospital” (PSIA Maltese DzKSU) was established on 7 November 1991, since 21.10.2004, the company is registered in a single business register with No 24203000932. All company shares 100% belong to the municipality of Rezekne. The activity of the company is related to the provision of utility services to natural and legal persons who are located in the administrative territory of the municipality of Rezekne and Luznava.

| Information on the structure of the property | The founder of the Municipality SIA “Maltese Household Household Company” is one participant: the municipality of Rezekne. The municipality of Rezekne owns 370930 (three hundred seventy thousand nine hundred and thirty) capital shares. The contribution shall consist OF 100% of the total capital.
