On August 5, the first day of travellers in Razna National Park will be held
By celebrating the decades of Razna National Park, the people and visitors of the protected nature area of August 5 have had an unprecedented event – the travellers' day. So far, the travelers' days were organised in Ķemeri National Park and Slīteres National Park, where eight years ago the travellers' day traditions in Latvia began.
The Razna National Park is organized by Nature Protection Administration in cooperation with local governments of Rezekne, Ludza and Dagda and entrepreneurs who operate in the territory of the National Park. On 7 June, representatives of the Nature Protection Administration, local government and tourism information centres met to discuss the offer of activities and discuss further preparatory work for the event.
On the day of the travellers' day, the tourist service providers of the Razna area have prepared a wide variety of surprises and special offers: there will be an opportunity to go free for a trip with a graceful sail boat “Sea Esta”, to see the exhibition of the Canadian museum and participate in the tasting, to explore Lūznavas mud and play the interactive game “Manor bore life mission”, to walk a sense of sensation and to know the mysteries of the great revolt in the nature education centre “Razna”, to look at the process of reconstruction of the 9 th-12 th centuries and examples of ancient latmeat armaments in Kroma, and to participate in other activities.
There are also exciting creative workshops, where every lead will be able to create a herbarium clay in Evalda Vasilevsky's pottery workshop, with Aija Kuzminsk to learn to do the rocking network at the farm “Tiptops”, participate in the cane roof and the creative workshop of the wood product in the Dagda municipality “Baltcerina”, as well as engage in the fish smoking masterclass at the recreational site “beautiful Razna”.
In addition, the travellers' day will be filled with sporting activities, so the cyclists and hosts who will be able to familiarise themselves with the diversity of the forests are awaited, leaving the shortest and longest hiking IN Mākoņkalna, the surroundings of Andrupenes and Salai Lake.
More information on travellers' day activities and special offers will continue, but we are already calling for a booking of 5 August to travel with a family or friend company and learn one of the most painted places in Latvia – Razna National Park.
