Projects

Youth International Programme Agency (JSPA) invites young people, representatives of youth and various other organisations working with young people and other persons involved in youth work to participate in a seminar on the European Union (EU) programme “Erasmus +”, the youth information network Eurodesk, JSPA updates in 2014 and completion of project application forms or e-forms. The seminar will be held on 03 February 2014 at 11:00 - 15:00 at the hotel “Maritim Park Hotel Riga” (Slokas street 1, Riga).

In particular, we call on those who intend to submit a mobility project for youth and youth workers to the deadline for submission of the 17 March projects in order to familiarise themselves with the project e-forms.

First part of the seminar general information will be provided on the possibilities of building youth projects IN THE EU Erasmus + and JSPA Actions in 2014. Both experienced project promoters and those who have never developed informal education projects in the youth field are invited.

In the second part the separate working groups will show how to fill in the Erasmus + project e-forms in the following project types: youth exchange projects, European volunteering, youth training and networking activities, strategic partnerships in the youth field (including international youth initiatives) and meetings of youth and youth policy makers. All stakeholders, including experienced project promoters, are invited to this part. Everyone will have the opportunity to ask questions for project coordinators. Because each type of project will be told in separate working groups, we invite several representatives from one organization if you want to learn about filling e-forms in different types of projects.

A seminar is invited to apply for all stakeholders – young people, representatives of non-governmental organisations, various types of organisations (including enterprises, foundations) from various fields, pupils, students, teachers, social workers, local government and public institutions – anyone who has close contact with young people, interest and motivation to act in non-formal education.

The seminar is free! To apply for a seminar, you must fill in the application form electronically in a link http://ej.uz/9e6o  up to 30 January 2014 at 12:00.

Information activities on Erasmus + youth projects will also take place in the regions of Latvia. More details available www.jaunatne.gov.lv
