Calls for a tender for the “most beautiful agricultural holding 2014”

For the third year of the year, the owners of the farm owners have been invited to apply for the competition “the most beautiful agricultural holding 2014”, which is organised jointly by the leading Latvian milk processing company Food Union and the magazine IEVA's house. This year, the first year applications may be submitted not only by the owners of the holdings, but by any known person, co-operation partner, neighbour, friend or Rada. The invitation to tender may be submitted by 30 July of that year at the saimnieciba@santa.lv.
“Taste, understanding of the shared environment and the inheritance of traditions is our strength and at the same time the conviction that Latvia will always be the most beautiful agricultural holdings,” stresses and participates in the competition with the President of Latvia, the “prettiest agricultural holding 2014” El Patron Andris Berzins.
Cheerful and pleased about membership and victory in the last year's competition “The most beautiful agricultural holding 2013” is the Koznu municipality, Little drunken owner Janis Lochmelis. He emphasizes the importance of a balanced sown in ensuring the continuity of the farm: “the competition is a great honor. But the great satisfaction that our three sons are working on the farm. The young generation has not escaped from the fields because they did not have to get mud to the door. '
“Fielded rural areas almost always mean high productivity. That is what we, Food Union, have observed daily with almost 1000 dairy suppliers from across the country. Therefore, we call for a moment to lay down work on the edge and apply for a beautiful tradition of“ the most beautiful agricultural holding 2014 ”, complements the Food Union Council's predecessor and a member of the competition jury Harry Panke.
“The magazine'S house on the pages is proud of beautiful and clean agricultural holdings. We want to find and honor more and more such houses and their owners," says Tina Sidorovitch, the main editor of the magazine IEVA.
Every farmer who performs agricultural activity and has created a beautiful, clean rural area is invited to apply for a tender. Farmers, friends, acquaintances, neighbours or co-operatives may also apply for the competition this year. In order to apply, the name of the farmer, the name, address and contact details of the farmer and the name and contacts of the applicant shall be sent to the saimnieks@santa.lv by 30 July of that year.
The winner of the competition “most beautiful agricultural holding 2014” will receive a paid trip from Food Union for two persons to Berlin Green Week – the world's largest international food, agriculture and horticulture exhibition on 16-25 January 2015, as well as other valuable gifts from Food Union and the magazine IEVA's house. All finalists of the competition will be invited to a solemn awards in a special decision-making at the President of the State.
The competition will assess both the image of the farm, from the road indicator and the gravel to the front of the courtyard proudly, and how the housekeeper lives with a grocery garden. Special attention will be paid to the preservation of Latvian traditional and cultural historical elements, as well as to new, unusual ideas, findings and solutions. The participants of the competition will be told in the magazine IEVA's house, IEVA and Ieva Gardens. A detailed invitation to tender shall be found at: www.manizurnali.lv
