Calls on the local farmers' market to “pick up the farmed!”

In order to encourage residents to use high-quality local products, while supporting their farmers, the Rezekne division of Latvia's rural counselling and education centre, in collaboration with the municipality of Rezekne, on 29 August, from plkst. 9.00 to 12.00 11.00, in the municipality of Rezekne, the municipality of Rēzekne, liberation alleys 95A, organises the second farm of local farmers. This time, the purchasers will be expected not only by fruit and vegetables, but also by rural cheese, milk products from “Viļāni” and meat products offered BY Sakstagala parish z/s “mint”, honey from Gaigalavas parish etc.
In the market, purchasers will not only be able to buy a local farmer cultivated and protected, but it will also serve as a contact exchange to establish closer contacts between buyers and producers, forming a direct trade movement of agricultural products in the municipality.
