The school's autumn holidays were different for young people: one was glad to spend time in sport or spend time with friends, others were wondering when writing articles and reading books, but there were also young people who, during this time, learned the multimedia art skills of Rezekne's new artists' forum “Sviegaguņs”.
In the “sandwich” forum, which took place IN Nautrēnu parish in Rogovka from 28 to 31 October, ten young people from a number of Rēzekne novada parishes took up not only the foundations of actor art in 4 days, but also the foundations of photo audio and video art: how to create a high-quality audio record and make a sound sound from different parts of the songs, which is “stop motion” and how to create a photo short film with a story and how to improve the quality of the photos taken by using image editor programs. The new artists created both “stop motion” short and song videos during the entire forum, as well as advertisements on a variety of topics. The young people themselves recognise that the forum was interesting and willing to participate in similar training, as it was possible not only to communicate in a free way with various media representatives and groups to carry out the practical work they had asked, but also to explore and get new friends.
