Secondary school students at the festival “time machine”

On 24 May, Rēzekne District Schools had the opportunity to participate in the festival “time machine”, which took place in Dricans for the project “Support for the development of individual competencies”. The festival was directed by Rēzekne theatre studio Joriks.
The event addressed pupils of different classes and schools, involving familiarisation activities, warm-up exercises. When students, by age, were divided into groups, masterclasses took place.
Class 6 students were active under the direction of Karl Deruma, class 7 - Elinas Zuynes and 8 th grade - Laura Atelsones. In masters classes, the performances of topics: as a top sound, as a top story, and as a top-rank. At the end of the event, Performance - improvisation was held, in which the United Groups demonstrated their gain in masters classes.
Our school pupils, together with other school pupils, were actively musical, making “reviving” objects in both the stone age and today, forming pyramids. The pupils were enthusiastic. In conclusion, the pleasure of the presentations and the trainers was a surprise of sweets. Thank you for all the project organisers and managers who worked with pupils.
