Library Week Feathers

As part of the annual library week on April 24, a meeting with the newspaper “local Latgale newspaper” journalists Skaidritis Swikis was organized in THE parish library OF Feimaņu. She had brought her unusual collection to the library, the newspapers that had traveled to the journalist from the edge of the edge in all conceivable and unthinkable ways. A presentation on the history of newspapers in the world, the first published newspapers in Latgale, and various interesting facts about the world press were also shown.
You can see how diverse the newspapers are: by size, color combination, and font diversity, the layout of the newspaper columns, the use of the newspaper area, the photo size, the paper quality, and also the breakdown of the target audience. What the idea is for the newspaper to be different and be bought! It is interesting that the newspaper issued in America is large and divided into separate thematic blocks. You can make it easier for anyone to pick up a section that is interested in and don't have to drop the bone for which the first will be, but each can choose the subject you want and pick it up for reading.
Everyone liked the “farmers' yearbook” issued in America with a hole in the nails. This tradition has remained from the beginning of the year to our days. For whom the hole was meant at the end of the 19 th century, it could be quite easy to guess.
In view of the large collection of collections, it must be concluded that newspapers in each country have their own traditions and are very different.
Thank you very much for Sticky Squicky for getting closer, sharing your knowledge and hobbies - a collection of newspapers! Let the top collection grow bigger and richer!
