Business High School “Turība” in the development of honorary graduate regions – Gunti Rasimu

On April 21, for a second year, the celebration ceremony will be held – the “Freedom of Business School Turība”. Susceptibility. Competence. '. The institution of higher education is proud of people who have brought their work closer to the attainment of the goals of higher education, so that this year, honorary doctors, honorary professor and honorary graduate will be awarded during the celebration ceremony.
This year, six honorary names will be awarded during the festive ceremony, including the honorary graduate in the development of regions - Member of the Rēzekne municipality council, head of youth and cultural projects Guntis Rasims.
When asked about how he felt about the award given, Guntis said, “At that moment i had a smile on my face.” I don't know if i deserve some awards at the age of 31, because i still have to do this in life, but if the university where i've spent four years is so, it's very nice, of course.
University graduates, faculty domains and members of the Consultative Convention, cooperation partners, industry and employers' organisations had the opportunity to recommend candidates for the award of honorary name by filling in the form of registration. However, the right to nominate applicants for the award of honorary name was restricted to university staff and students.
On which of the graduates to award an honorary graduate award, the Commission adopted the honorary name of the Senate. The name of the honour was recommended by the Commission to the Senate for the award of honorary name and approved by the Senate.
The honour's name confirms the recognition of a business institution for the benefit of a person in the benefit of a society and an institution of higher education, which does not give tangible benefits. The name of the honor is assigned to life. The name of the honour may be revoked by decision of the Constitutional Assembly for particularly important reasons.
