Major social changes that will come into force next year
The Ministry of Welfare (LM) informs the Ministry of Welfare (LM) of a number of major changes in the implementation of national social policy in the field of labour, social protection, the protection of children's rights, children and family matters, as well as people with disabilities, which will enter into force in 2015.
From 1 January 2015:
The maximum amount of the State social insurance contributions facility will be eur 48 600.
Sickness, maternity, paternity and parental allowances as well as unemployment benefits shall be paid without restrictions laid down so far. This means that some people will increase the amount of benefits because they will be paid in full according to the social contributions made by people.
The amount of the family benefit will be determined according to the number of children in the family. For the first child - 11.38 euros per month, the second child's family benefit will be 22.76 euros (2 times higher), the third child and the next children – 34.14 euros or three times higher than the first child in the family.
State aid for celiac patients will also be paid to children with disabilities. Similarly, the aid will be paid to celiac patients who, after reaching 18 years of age, attend general or vocational education institutions and are not more than 20 years old or study at an institution of higher education in the day of the day (full-time) and are not more than 24 years old.
The benefit for the use of assistant in people with Group I vision disability will be paid in future by the National Social Insurance Agency (SSIA). The amount of the benefit will be the current amount, i.e. eur 17.07 per week. To date, this benefit was paid by the State Agency for Employment.
The State social benefit for the participants in the elimination of the emergency consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and the families of the deceased Chernobyl nuclear power stations will increase from 85,37 to 100 euros. The State social benefits granted by 31 March 2015 WILL be recalculated and disbursed BY THE SSIA until 30 April 2015.
A new disability-based disability identification system will be introduced. This means that people from 18 years to a national retirement age, in determining disability, will take into account not only health problems but also restrictions on their activities and functioning. This will determine the loss of both the disability group and the loss of work capacity.
The minimum monthly salary will be 360 euros. The minimum hourly tariff rate will be 2.166 euros, adolescents and people exposed to special risk, the minimum hourly tariff rate will be 2.477 euros.
Social rehabilitation services (psychosocial support) will be introduced to adult people who are victims of violence and also to the perpetrators themselves. This is necessary in order to provide support in cases where violence occurs in the family, as well as in situations where a person is recognised as a victim in the course of an administrative infringement or criminal proceedings, a court or a judge's decision on temporary protection against violence or a police decision on segregation has been taken.
In 2015, the missing people will be able to receive three types of packages or packages free of charge - a kit of food products, a kit of individual training accessories and a kit of hygiene and farm goods. The distribution of aid to the most deprived persons will be provided by associations, foundations, religious organisations and local governments or their institutions, having previously participated in the selection organised by the society integration fund.
