On 14 November 2011, the following amendments were made to the open tender procedure:
3.1.9. paragraph 3.1.9 is amended as follows: "a copy of the evidence of the evidence of the evidence of formal qualifications of the thermography and standardized sealing tests and a description of the experience (Annex 10);
• By-laws supplemented by Annex 10 - a form of a table on experience in the performance of thermography and standardized sealing tests;
in point 3.2.1, the words “Annex 2” are replaced by “Annex 3”;
point 3.2.3, after the words “in the technical tender”, is supplemented by the words “a description of the solutions of the proposed technical design and calculations justifying the technology and solutions chosen to ensure the energy efficiency target of the project for heating 15 kWh/m2 per year”;
section 4.2, after the words “from tenders conforming to the requirements laid down in point 1.6 of this Regulation”, is supplemented by the words “the requirements laid down in paragraphs 3.2 to 3.3” and further by the text of the Regulation.
The deadline for submission of tenders was extended until 2 December 2011 at 11-00, subject to the relevant amendments to subparagraphs 1.5.1, 1.5 .2, 1.6.3.
