Latgale Parental Forum will be held in Daugavpils

On 6 December, Latgale Parental Forum 2014 will be held in Daugavpils, Latvian cultural centre, from 11 to 16.00. Such Latvian parents' forums have so far been held three times in Riga, but in order to allow parents to participate elsewhere in Latvia, this time the forum is organised in Latgale.
Together with the best experts in the industry, we will discuss the quality of education, the environment, accessibility and opportunities in Latgale, as well as the role of parents in children's education and school life. Let us share experience and get new members for cooperation. More information on excellent experts, agenda and registration for membership here.
On 28 November, a discussion will be held in Riga on solutions to improve cooperation between parents and schools, in particular by addressing difficult situations. More information and login here.
And finally, a national survey is carried out to identify parents' views on children's education opportunities in Latvia. Ask your parents to dedicate 10 minutes of time to fill it out.
