Today, digital technologies are growing faster in schools and pre-schools. The new content of learning, based on the competences of competences in education, provides an exciting learning process for children. In spring 2021, the municipality of Rēzekne was awarded a state grant for the reduction of Covid - 19 consequences, which was directed to supplement the materials of educational institutions. The Education Administration decided to use this money in a targeted and efficient manner, given that one of the challenges of pre-school education is to provide a high-quality, modern-day learning learning process with innovative learning methods and digital technologies. One of the priorities of the Rēzekne municipality's education and sports administration for 2021./2022.m is the strengthening of digital skills and the use of opportunities in the provision of the learning process. Consequently, a procurement for the pre-school teacher of the digital learning medium “start learning!” for all pre-school educational institutions of Rezekne. The kit includes the interactive ActivPanel Cobalt65 '' and the ActivInspire Professional Edition training software; mobile interactive screen stand with variable height, digital learning material set “SOMA.LV”.
With the entry of interactive taffers into pre-school education institutions, teachers will have to learn the skills of these digital devices. In turn, children will be able to learn both digital skills and skills and knowledge in learning areas. Teachers, they will learn to work meaningfully to learn the knowledge in mathematics, language, health and physical activity. Pre-holiday week, according to contract No. RNP/2021/8 .4/133 “Supply and installation of the interactive management systems of the digital learning medium in the pre-school educational institutions of Rezekne”, SIA Lielname has carried out a complete supply of procurement – the supply and installation of interactive management systems of the digital learning medium in the pre-school educational institutions of Rezekne. By November 30, 32 of the pre-school teachers will have completed SIA Lielname organised digital device use training and will be able to share their practical experience with colleagues.
It is important to remember in pre-school that children in digital technologies are a means to help them learn, but they do not substitute for practical work, mutual communication and cooperation.
