SIA “AKRON” is located at Maltas village border, after address – Lūznavas parish. Owner Andrejs Cvetkov. The company was established in 2004, initially with a different activity profile, but in recent years its main activity is the production of bed structures. The courtyard started an ambitious bed, ordered by customers from Jurmala. This ecological tree building will be used for kindergarten. It is also produced for bedding sauna and other household buildings, different wooden structures, swing, decorative elements etc. The owner has many plans for the development of the company, parallel to the sleeping structures, to commence the production of wood pellets. The equipment has already been purchased. This spring, a horizontal strip saw is purchased using the rural support service project features.
Andrejs Cvetkovs tells him that he is local, Maltese, after completing RTU's branch for a while in Riga and Daugavpils, but returned to his home village. The company employs 6 people, mostly from the city of Rezekne. “It's not easy to find good employees,” Andrejs said.
