Notice regarding the results of the auction of the immovable property “stads B” with the results of the auction of cadastre designation 78540060021 IN parish Gaigalavas

The unit “Gaigalavas parish board” of the municipality of Rezekne states that the unit “Gaigalavas parish administration” declares that, on the basis of the decision of the municipality of Rezekne of 15 October 2020 “on the approval of the municipal immovable property“ STADS B ”Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne District, the auction results of the auction” (Protocol No 26, § 9), the results of the auction of 5 October 2020, on 23 October 2020, a purchase contract No 6.8/51 with z/s “leases” was concluded, selling the real estate “stads B” with cadastre designation 7854 006 0021 in the total area of 6,89 ha for the auction bid OF EUR 29 635,20 (twenty-nine thousand six hundred thirty-five euros).
