Notification of the results of the auction of land unit with cadastre designation 7846 003 0289 in the parish OF Čornajas

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 20 December 2018 ”on the approval of the results of the auction rights of the municipality of Rēzekne Municipality of the municipality of Rēzekne with cadastre designation 7846 003 0289 Čornajas, the land lease contract No 8.7.1/32 concluded on 17 January 2019, the lease has been transferred to the municipality with the cadastre designation 7846 003 0289 area of 1,12 ha.

The land lease contract shall enter into force on 1 January 2019 and shall be valid until 31 December 2030. The annual rent fixed in the auction is EUR 36,00.
