Management and cooperation working group

Participation in the thematic working group is an opportunity to express their views and make proposals for the necessary improvements in the development of the Rēzekne State and Rezekne District. It is also an opportunity to meet, meet, discuss and create ideas with city and municipality residents, entrepreneurs and local government specialists.

Subtopics for this task group:

• Efficient city management by co-operating the city's citizens and entrepreneurs
• Urban image and municipal communication
• IT infrastructure and human resources; digitisation and security of municipal services
• New co-operation initiatives and projects between the city of Rezekne and the surrounding municipalities and entrepreneurs; issues to be addressed jointly in securing local government functions with surrounding areas
