Announcement of candidates for competition “Rezekne municipality 2017”
In order to honor the best entrepreneurs of Rezekne, who contribute to the development of the business environment, employment, attractiveness of the territory and public activity, the municipality of Rezekne conducts the competition “Rēzekne Municipality” for the sixth year. Individual workers, self-employed or any merchant, irrespective of their legal status and activity, may be nominated for the nominations of the tender; the main is that the company is registered and his or her economic activity is performed in the territory of Rezekne District.
Applicants, upon receipt of their consent, may be nominated by the Consultative Council of the Population of Rezekne, other institutions, as well as any citizen. The notified companies will be assessed in ten nominations:
- Annual domestic producer,
- An annual craftsman,
- The introduction of innovative products/services of the year,
- Annual company-municipality VIP,
- The new company of the year,
- A tourist service provider of the year,
- Annual education mecenate,
- Cultural mecenate of the year,
- The family business of the year,
- Company of the year.
Tenderers may be invited to tender by 8 Septemberby submitting a completed application questionnaire to the Registrar of the municipality of Rezekne (Cabinet 17, Liberation Alliance 95 A, Rezekne) or in any parish administration of Rezekne municipality. Applications may also be sent by post with an indication: “competition“ Rezekne Municipality ””, address: Rēzekne District Municipality, Liberation Alliance 95 A, Rēzekne, LV-4601 or send to e-mail: info@rezeknesnovads.lv, with the indication “competition“ Rēzeknes municipality ”” and signature of the application form with a secure electronic signature. The tender application form shall be available both in the paper format of the municipality of Rezekne and in the county administrations and in electronic form. HERE.
In order to determine the winners of the competition, an evaluation Commission will be established, which will visit bidders of the competition at the places of performance of their activities. The winners of the competition will be honoured at a formal ceremony on 19 March 2018.
