Proclaimed Rēzekne Municipality Competition 2022.

In order to promote the cultural and artistic innovation process and its diversity in Rezekne municipality, the municipality of Rezekne declares and organises the competition for creative works.

The main objective of the competition is to support culture and art, which is accessible, diverse and innovative, and to promote the balanced importance of cultural and artistic values, the development of creativity and the preservation of cultural heritage in accordance with national cultural policy guidelines, as well as the promotion of the creativity of the population and participation in the development of the cultural space of Latvia and Rezekne, with particular focus on the constraints of the pandemic time.

In 2021, three projects were supported in the competition:

• Nautrene parish management project “environmental object ROGOVKA”,
• The ESTO project of the association is the “find” of the painting book. Research. Picking. 'picking,
• Extradition of Estonian family CD “you ammunition”.

Total available tender financing is EUR 5000 (five thousand euro).

The application form must be submitted by 7 March 2022 in the municipality of Rezekne or sent by mail (address: municipality of Rēzekne, Liberation alley 95A, Rezekne, LV-4601) with an indication of “creative work”.
