In the exhibition “School” 50% young people find their true university!

According to the study conducted by the Riga pedagogy and education management academy (RPIVA), in the last year of school, an average OF 50% students on the opportunities to study RPIVA at the international exhibition “School”. This year, RPIVA will participate in the exhibition “School 2016”, which will take place between 26 and 28 February.

“These results are delighted because we are aware that the work that has been invested in the exhibition activities has been paid off. Moreover, despite the fact that today the information is often searched on the Internet, it is still important for young people to make a significant impression on higher education from its representatives,” says RPIVA rector, Dr. biol. Dina Voita.

She also adds that RPIVA is one of the few higher education institutions that have been participating in the exhibition “school” since the first year of its opening, and hopes that it will also be successful that year to hold a high degree and to speak to many students who will choose RPIVA as their further educational institution.

This year, RPIVA has prepared a stand where every visitor of the exhibition will be able to feel the teacher's “skin”. It will be possible for visitors to do this by participating in an interactive test “what teacher are you?” They would also be able to take photos with their friends in a photo stand, taking a photograph in a minute.

In addition, as a special news, the first pedagogical distance learning programme will also be presented at the exhibition. While working with time and aware of the current trends in the education system, RPIVA has established and licensed a full-time long-distance professional bachelor study programme “primary school and primary school teacher” in collaboration with Liepaja University.

Similarly, visitors of the exhibition will be informed of other opportunities to obtain higher vocational and academic education in the field of pedagogy, psychology and commercial activities and corporate governance.
