Career Week in Primary School
This year, a career week was held in Latvia for the 10 th time. This year's career slogan – “business – your superpowers!”. The purpose of his career was to identify and develop entrepreneurship for pupils. The Verham Primary School also actively participated in this event. Oscars Maculevičs and company IGGI owner Igors Nikitins visited the school. Entrepreneurs shared their experiences and responded to pupils' questions.
During his career, the 9 th grade school students attended the “Verems” RSEZ SIA company, where they learned about wood processing processes. On the other hand, students of Classes 2 and 3 visited Rēzekne VUGD (National Fire and Rescue Service), where they became aware of the specific nature of the fire and rescue service.
The students of the Central School of Verham and their classmates met with pleasure and interest in the kindergartens of border guards, who, in theory (narrative) and practically (working with dogs), discovered the specificities of their profession.
