Maltā honoured the population of the parish senior year
“Oh, years, you strange treasure, a beauty around you!” Both the white gleam of snowflakes and the summer melodies. 'Yes, the years and the day of the day are spinning, and the autumn whirl of “2017” Maltas parish pensioners had gathered in the cultural house on the autumn party. This year, a new tradition was launched: to honor pensioners who lived in 70, 80, 90 years. This year, they are forty-three pensioners and the older parish, Valentin Chipāne, who celebrated hundreds of second birthdays in May.
ON behalf OF THE Maltas parish administration, its leader, Vitaly ants, congratulated the pensioners and visitors on the day of Lāčplēsis, thanking the years of life, the work done, the children and grandchildren, the good thoughts and wishes, the prayers in the church. He wished for many decades to be Latvian citizens and with his heart wisdom and warmth to raise good in our land. From the Rēzekne municipality, a group of children, “Skonai”, a group of children from Livans, “Uzori” ansamblis, Maltas seniora ansamblis “Varalucsna” and a prize-led musician, Grandmaster Janis Lazdins, was born with scandalous songs. With a total of cups, conversations at tea cups and sweets, a variety of games and fun performances, a decent dancing and a well-spent afternoon, there was a Maltas parish pensioner party “2017”. Thank you all and get to meet next year in the autumn ball “2018”.
