Maltā of the formal event of 18 November, held annually at 18.00, the traditional greetings of the parish people, the local collective concert and the Santa Sara concert story “Latvia in four seasons”. But a couple of hours before it was discovered in a cultural house, the photograph of the photographer, Peter Korsaka, was discovered in “Latgale white highways”, which together called several Latvians seen in photographs.

The celebration of THE celebration of the celebration of the festival became THE name of Maltas (after a 14-year break). Thanks TO THE Consultative Council OF THE Maltas parish council, which proposed that this award be renewed, and TO the Head of Management of THE Maltas Association, Edgar Blinov, on operational engagement and support for the initiative. Also, the Commission did not make any further discussions in the selection of the nominant, because it was clear that the importance of the man's accomplishment had to be assessed and that there was no need to live in a particular place to do something valuable for it. The leaders decided that the name of Peterim Korsak should be given “for the promotion of Maltas word in Latvia and the world, as well as contributions to the preservation of the cultural history of the native parish, the history of history and the commemoration of the commemorators”. It is important to each person that you have done something useful to your native, landlord, but the greatest satisfaction is to be assessed on the home side and in the new generation, which is now in it.

IN Maltas, the name single and Maltas secondary school graduate Peter Korsak was born IN Maltas parish Village Village “London” on 15 December 1937. There is always a visit to the native side, but come back with jobs that will remain for future generations. The proximity to his roots was strengthened by participating in many photographs, in 1992, the opening of the Latgale Freedom Monument “Unified Latvia”, in 2017, the opening of the first centenary of Latgale Congress and the opening of its monument in Rezekne. The connection with the native Maltas parish IN THE life of P. Korsaka was reinforced by the familiarity of the “Maltas lynch”-wealthy Maltese Veronique Tench-Goldman and the message of her fate. In the centenary of Latvia, following his initiative, the commemorative mark “national partisan“ Maltas lyrics ”and the memorial of their supporters” (Rozentova). This was what he said in the light OF MR Tench-Goldman's story, initiated and co-ordinated the publication of her book “Last Scatty” (2018), and also issued her poems in a “grey hour” (2021), with the design of the Maltese Cancannes drawing on its design. His research and photographs were also used in the book “Maltas parish studies and memories” (2018). His contribution to the book “Photography of Latgale”, where he first collected THE photographs of the photographer of Maltā, is essential. It is important to mention that he is also a special correspondent of the newspaper “Latvia in America” and on activities Maltā has also reported to readers on the other side of the ocean.

Although MR Korsaka's performance has already been assessed at national level (the three-star order, the life scholarship of the Cultural Capital Foundation, the Spidegal Prize, etc.), the parish award is an attestation of the dignity of his counselors.

The exhibition of P.Korsaka photographs, which will be seen until 18 December, is open to the cultural house. The opening of the exhibition was particularly emotional, as it was only visited by the closest people who had met the honourable photographer, assessed: Maltas leader Edgars Blinovs, journalist and politician Rugar, photographer and businessman Igor Plich, Andrejs Rudzinskis (Bowboy the role reviewer in the film “human child”), Maria podnieks (former Director of Maltas High School), Sylvia Pigožne (Head of the Museum of History of Maltas), Anita Laizane (head of THE parish library of Silmalas parish), League Tulinska (Head of the People's applied art studio “clean”). On holidays, she had been sent by V.Tench-Goldman's daughter, Inara Pitch, who thanked P.Korsak for helping her find her way to her ancestral land in Latgale. MR Korsak thanked each of the visitors for the exhibition, remembering shared moments and works. He had never mentioned the tragic fate of his family, but he insisted that he had never given up and said in the latgalic spite, “Let's keep up!” We must stop! '

The new Maltas honorary citizen is a bright example of how much to do with determination, diligence, sensible mind, and Latgalian spite! In his book “What We Are” in the book “Latgalian XXI Century”, he writes: “Latgalian is direct, hospitable, besty, and also harsh, little smile, but what he thinks is certainly done.” Latgale's daughters and sons did not seldom love their land, donating to the altar's most expensive, and deeply loving their homeland today. “But after receiving the award, he thanked everyone for the support that had helped to implement his intentions for the sake of his mother, and admitted that his heart still did not want to stop in the years.”

We will reply to each other, or to the following description? Or love yourself, people, your native place, and earth enough... Whereas it has been managed for many years by the new Maltas honorable citizen of the native place.
