Closed Rēzekne Municipality Project Competition 2021
A project of creative works announced by the municipality of Rezekne has been concluded, with nine (9) projects presented this year. The evaluation of the competition, the Commission, assessed the tenders submitted and granted funding for five (5) projects of creative work, the idea of which was most consistent with the main objective of the competition – to support culture and art, which is accessible, diverse and innovative, and to promote balanced cultural and artistic values, innovation development and preservation of cultural heritage, in accordance with the national cultural policy guidelines, as well as to promote the creativity of the population and participation in the development of the cultural space of Latvia and Rezekne. Whereas the budget amount of the creative works was set AT EUR 5000 (five thousand euro), all projects submitted were not supported.
Supported projects:
- The COMPANY'S ESTO project “creative masters” in the art picnic of Luznava Manor.
The idea of the art picnic festival has been created by the creative team of Luznava Manor with various creative organizations. As part of this project, creative masters will be organised, in which, under the direction of various genre artists, entrepreneurs, scientists and other creative professions, everyone will be able to acquire new creative skills and experience (graffiti, music, sneezers, ceramic small plastics, crown ducks, dreamers, painting, graphic, poetry laboratory, production of hemp paper, the secondary life of fabrics, natural research (bats), etc.).
- Peter Daugavpils Project “Cadrico Arancies”.
The aim is to create an archival of cadastre melodies available to dancers using the colourful and characteristic sound of traditional People's music instruments, thus promoting the values of national culture in a contemporary dance performance and solution. An archangment will be performed for four frames melodies according to the cadastral horeographic events and the specificity of the fractional dance group. The project will result in four aranals for the cadrivers of different peoples: the Estonian cadastre “Kadrel”, the Irish cadastre “Guarača”, the Latgalian frames “Rikavas kadriis” and “Ciganovskis”.
- “Berzgale parish administration” project “Berzgale parish administration” “Berzgale parish administration” “Berzgale parish administration”.
The environmental design object “Mr. 's birch” will be installed in Berzgale's manor area at the pond. It is based on the story of the birth of Berzgale's name (name). A plate with explanatory information will be placed at the object.
- “VEČERINKA” project “DANCE of Rezekne”.
The project provides for the installation and training of the four new choreographs of the choreographs Ilmārs Drail. Dances will be set up for dance collective B, C, E, F groups (young people, middle-aged, seniors). The Rēzekne municipality's dance collectively will complement the dance repertoire with four new original dances – “Kaunatas Polka”, “Adamovas Polka”, Pin Polka ”,“ strawberry Polka ”.
- The “Ozolaine parish administration” project of THE RNP Maltese association “Ozolaine parish administration” “the symposium“ meet in the Points ”.
Final result of the project – an environmental object in the Village of Plexelles, which will reflect the role of the rural environment in the preservation and promotion of cultural values through the promotion of art innovation processes.
The projects submitted were evaluated by the Commission, which consists of Vice-Chairman of the Permanent Committee on Education, Culture and Sport of Rezekne, Member of the Rēzekne District Council, Anita Ludborja, head of the cultural division of the municipality of Rezekne, Inara Pleikšne, musician Eriks Chudars, artist Daina strain and editor of the website of the municipality of Rezekne, literature, council member Anna Ranāne.
