A “skill to formulate the goal of a successful career in THE EU labour market”

17 December from at 11.30 to 14.30 Rēzekne Higher School, Liberation Alliance 115, Audience of 215 will take place as the “target for successful career and life” of the Director of Growth treasure and the “Creative Palace” Director Ieva Kimontes. The growth coach will talk about how to formulate its vision and purpose so that it can really realize; how do my ideas of myself and the world bring me closer to the achievements?
Achievements often begin with vision and purpose. The objective leading to growth and success is the criteria. The assumptions about their abilities and potential are an essential aspect of the achievements we believe and which we learn to trust. Finding, conscious of the resource and learning to realize it gives the goals a deeper point and increases opportunities for true achievements, which not only provide expectations but also provide a sense of fulfillment and pleasure.
A presentation, discussions, work on pairs, groups, demonstration and analysis of methods will be held during the lesson.
The lesson will be managed by Ieva Kimonte – a growth coach with education and experience in management, psychology. Currently, Ieva is a director of the “Creative Palace” organisation, a development consultant who designs and manages growth exercises, publications, seminars, conferences on communications, goals, sales, creative thinking and innovation (www.kimonte.lv).
