SIA “Latvian Centre for Rural Consultation and Education” Rēzekne Division organizes a free educational seminar “quality raw milk production in small and medium-sized farms” within the framework of national rural network activities. The seminar will be held on 20 November at 9.30 Rēzekne, garden street 7a, seminar hall.
Lector - SIA “Latvian Rural Consultation and Education Centre” advisor on milk quality issues Ilmārs Gruduls will tell you about mandatory harmlessness requirements for milk for processing, somatic cells in milk and mastumes, bacteria and reproduction in milk, and inhibitors and their entry into milk. The proper functioning and operational control of milking and milk-cooling equipment, as well as the milk production and storage organisation in the dairy farm, will be discussed.
