5. On the issue of Regulation No. 7 of the Municipality of Rezekne of 6 April 2023, “Rēzekne Municipality of the Municipality of Rezekne”.
6. On the issue of Rēzekne Municipality Regulation No. 8 of 6 April 2023, “Code of Conduct for the Ethics of the Municipality of Rezekne”.
7. On the issue of Rēzekne Municipality Regulation No. 9 of 6 April 2023 “on the evaluation of corruption risks and plans for anti-corruption measures in the municipality of Rezekne municipality”.
8. On the issue of Regulation No. 10 of the municipality of Rezekne of 6 April 2023, “the procedures by which the employee reports on alleged violations and corrupt activities and how the issue of gifts/bribery is handled”.
9. Regarding the issue of Regulation No. 11 of the municipality of Rezekne of 6 April 2023, the procedures by which a State official notifies his or her presence in a situation of conflict of interest and the procedures by which the functions of a public official in a conflict of interest shall be transferred to another official official ”.
10. On the issue of Regulation No. 12 of the municipality of Rezekne of 6 April 2023 “Procedures for the submission, evaluation and issuance of authorisations for the connection of positions”.
11. On the appointment of Daiga Michchenko, the municipal authorities of the municipality of Rezekne - Ministry of Culture and Tourism - are in office.
