Allocates the lease fee reduction TO SIA “Alterra plus”

On the basis of Cabinet Order No. 720 of 9 October 2021 “on the announcement of emergency situation”, 4 (four) submissions from the merchant SIA “Alterra plus” on the reduction of the rent of premises to the emergency period from 11 October 2021 to 28 February 2022 have been received.

On the basis of Section 14, Paragraph two of the COVID-19 Infection Management Law, the Law No. 453 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia of 14 July 2020, Regulations Regarding the Application of Exemption or Reduction of Exemption or Reduction of Reduction of Property of a Public Person and Public Person, due to THE Distribution of COVID-19, Rēzekne District Council for SIA Alterra plus, has adopted 4 (four) decisions regarding the application of the reduction of the rent of premises. The reduction in the rental fees per month AT SIA Alterra plus is appropriate as follows:

• between 11 October 2021 and 31 October 2021, at 66,91 TP1T;
• between 1 November 2021 and 30 November 2021 at 76,51 TP1T;
• between 1 December 2021 and 31 December 2021 at 73,61 TP1T;
• between 1 January 2022 and 31 January 2022 at 80,971 TP1T;
• between 1 February 2022 and 28 February 2022, 71,591 TP1T.

SIA “Alterra plus” is a catering company that rents cafe rooms in the municipality of Rezekne in the municipality of Rēzekne.
