Education

During this school year, the project week took place from 20 April to 24 April and the overall theme of the school was “world around us”. This is a wide-ranging subject, so the classes merged and chose a more appropriate, more interesting and narrower theme, which was studied, analysed, collected, collected, and worked together in groups. This week took a very creative, interesting, positive atmosphere. Each project subject had its own objectives and tasks to be carried out within the framework of the project.
The primary school students learned much more about books as they are. As a result, the pupils were transformed into writers, illustrators, proofs, as they wrote their own book, which they also illustrated. The presentation of the written books took place in the parish library. The children of this book, under the guidance of the classes of the classes, visited Rezekne's libraries and creative workshops - the Eastern Latvian creative service centre “Zeimuļs”.
Klases 4 – 5 worked on the theme “animals around us”. Pupils gathered materials, gathering them, watching movies about animals, their behaviour and needs. In the framework of the project, pupils carried out a survey of the animals they liked, which most often took care of those who were at the school. In the course of their subject, pupils drove to the zoological garden of Daugavpils, where students met various animals, their lives and behaviour.
Students of classes 7-8 practically worked in school premises, they searched for ideas, drew sketches, worked for the entire week, these pupils had a colored week. They formed a wall of adjusting gymnastics. Now the bamboo branches and panda of the walls of this room.
On the other hand, the graduate class, working on the subject, “we at school”. They šis this year at this school is the last year. They worked hard on the year's book, looking for the information in this book to be complete, so that all the events of the school were reflected in it. They formed a presentation about themselves at this school, looking back at what they were when they came into this school and what they were now, the same children after nine years.
During the week of the project, there was a lot of work that could be ascertained by the show's own presentations, which were all about the week spent – what a young learner knew, how it felt during that week, whether the tasks were fulfilled and the goal was achieved. And it could be concluded that the tasks have been met and the objective has been achieved. Thank the pupils for their work, teachers on creative ideas and support for the project week.
