Rēzekne municipality, Adamowa Special Inboarding School, has closed the warmth works of the school building

The warmth works of the Adamovo special boarding school are closed. Now students and teachers will be pleased not only by the new central solar facade, but also by a more pleasant microclimate in the school building in the cold winters. The project “complex solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Adamov's special boarding school” aims at reducing greenhouse gas emissions by improving the energy efficiency of the building. After implementation of the project, the calculated thermal energy consumption per heating area for heating after the planned activities in the school building will be 89.7 kWh/m2, it does not exceed 90 kWh/m2.
The construction works have undergone insulation of non-insulated exterior walls, caps and window blades, the installation of the new thermal energy meter, the changeover of windows, the change of wood exterior to the energy-efficient packet doors.
The total cost of the project shall be EUR 161 809, of which THE financing OF THE FIFG shall be EUR 75 099.
