Rēzekne municipality's open monthly tournament in chess “Malta – 2019”

The final is approached by Rēzekne in the open monthly Tempo chess tournament “Malta – 2019”. On Sunday, December 14, 12-stage games took place. The competition takes place once a month after the Swiss system, seven cards throughout the year.
In the middle of the adults, three players won six points, and only after the factor Alexander Vasilkov (Vērēmi) won the first place, Anatolijs Jasinskis took second place, Dainis Vilnius (both from Maltas) took a third place.
In the middle of the pupils, the three participants scored four points, and only in terms of the factor was Artemis Vinogradov (Rezekne), the second place was taken by Janis Gudriks, the third place was held by Christine Georgenov (both from Maltas).
The overall evaluation will assess the best eight-step results.
In the Tempo tournament, the participants will be evaluated in three groups: girls and boys under 18 years of age, adults 18 years of age.
The Tempo tournament participated in 44 participants from Rezekne, Maltas, prize and Rēzekne province. The participants played an unequal number of games.
