People are divided into two groups, one group in its values only in tangible terms: built house, purchased property, purchased travel, but there is also a second group, and i think you belong to this group, which has values where knowledge, skills, skills, love, mutual relationships are higher. These are values that can't be taken away by anyone, you can only strengthen them. I wish everyone to be a leader in this way of life, but the leader must also be able to work in the team. It is too late to teach you to work in a team, listen, hear, and also express your opinion, not ambitious but in a reasoned manner, to your team members. '
