The leaders of the Rēzekne municipality are discussing the events of the forthcoming event season

In order to discuss the latest information and sketch the events of the next year, on 30 September, the leaders of the municipality of Rezekne, together with the leaders of the municipality of Rēzekne, met together. At the beginning of the meeting, the cultural staff were introduced to the newcomer in his regiment – Stoļerovas parish, Ambassador Dzintru Gribusti. The new manager told her that she had been working as a teacher so far, but the cultural area had always been close to her and the idea is not missing, so Dzintra Gribuste is determined to revive cultural life IN THE parish OF Stoļerovas.
During the meeting, the cultural staff agreed where long-term and viewers' favourite events would be held next year. Already now, everyone in their calendar of events can note that the dance collective fun will be held on 10 January in Nautrens, the amateur-theatrical sketch show “piles of laughter” will take place on 13 February in Sherjans, while the voxal ensembles will gather on 28 February in Feimas.
One of the next year's biggest events will be the International Ffolklore festival “Baltica 2015”, which will be held in the city and municipality of Rezekne for several days. The theme of the festival will be devoted to cultural heritage, inviting its participants to share their traditions in a variety of ways. The festival will be accompanied by 20 foreign ensembles, as well as almost 200 folklore clusters, People's music groups, ethnographic ensembles and storytellers from the edge of Latvia, including 15 Rēzekne municipality collectors.
At the time of the folklore festival, songs and dances will sound in the entire Rēzekne municipality, as the concert concerts will take place in Berzgale, Nautrens, Feaviets, Lendes, Verems, Maltā and other parish, while the festival's great concert will be held on 18 July in Anchupan Cartodrom with the annual Rēzekne District Day, so it is expected that the day of Rezekne's municipality will fall in 2015 with a particularly saturated “taste” of folklore.
According to Inara Pleikšne, head of the cultural division, 104 self-actions are carried out in Rēzekne District, and more than 500 different events are held every year, so that the leaders of the cultural and People's House are not missing. In the parish of cultural life, the enthusiast of his work is concerned, so it can be said that the next year's cultural life in Rezekne's municipality will be filled.
