“Screen” solicitors win the prize competition “spring voices”

On May 4, a children's and youth pop music competition “spring voices” was held at the Olaine cultural centre, which was also headed by the “Skonai” soldiers of the Rēzekne municipality. Karina Seile – Zundane won 2 nd place, Martha Paula Seyne 3 th and Guntars Poplavskis.
The aim of the competition was to promote the active activities of children and young people in the field of eworking. In this type of competition, the Rēzekne municipality's vocal studio “Skonai” solicitors took part in the first time. The soldiers from 6 to 18 years of age had arrived from all Latvian cities - Riga, Bauska, Grobiņa, Ludza and other Latvian cities. The participants had to play a single song, during which they had to show their vocal masterness, activism, visual image and artistic quality. Participants were assessed by professional jury – songs known in Latvia: Sabine Berezina, Agnese Rakovsky from the rock group Triana Park and Paula Dukure.
The competition gave a momentum to “Skonai” for further development of artistic activity.
