Among the real Latvian businessmen – Sarmitte Stepina from Struijans!
From March 4, 19:30, LTV 1 will show a new show “real Latvian landlords”. Latgali will be represented in this programme by Sarmitte Stepins from Rēzekne municipality of Strujan parish!
Seven housewives from around Latvia are going to visit each other in the course of seven series. Each series - it will be a story of one of them - a real housekeeper who can take the guests and arrange a good holiday. We'll show not only the preparation for guests, but the everyday lives of each woman. There will be visits to all Latvian provinces. “Ilze Briede from Smiltene District, Dairy's rider from Bauska.” We'll go to Latgale to visit Sarmite Steps from Rēzekne. On the Vidzeme side we will be taken by Editte Canberga from Amatas municipality and Sarmitte Brovere from the parish of Umurga. In the last series, we'll be in Kurzeme by Otashes and Smaid Rubeze from Bernie on the Liepaja side.
“Sherpas ladies,” in two words, the new broadcasts of the show are characterised by its producer Kristaps ruler. “They're all amazed, because the joy and susceptibility of life come from them.” It shows that Latvian countryside has a future and there is nothing over there. ”The project started at the landlady Ilze Brides, who baked the most spiritual bread in Vidzeme. She had restored her half-coloured Blomes bakery, now a cosy guesthouse. In Latgale, the other members of Sarmite Stephen were not at the table until they were properly sanctioned... and a party without the traditional“ Shmakovka ”is not a real party at Latgale... The housewife of Zemgale, Dairo's rider, was able to surprise the others with great surprise by arranging a very Latvian evening with food that had never been enjoyed by any of the housekeepers until then.
This is not just a normal visit, because the food and the table of the mother's mother must be valued. For each food they must be given a mark of both the taste and presentation of the food and the products used and even the drinks offered. After seven supper, the woman who won the highest number of points will win. The winner will win 1000 euros from the programme supporter – the store network ELVI. Kurzemniece smiles at Rubeze saying, “I like the most that we can pull each other on the tooth and none of us are offended.” This is a competition in which we have all won, because participation in it is already a victory. The show will be very colourful, even though it is being filmed at the time when nature is fooling us with color. “For this reason, we had the idea of offering the househearts another visit to the people of the people,” -- the producer of the story, Kristaps ruler, “was surprised by the fact that every one of the companies we offered to participate in was a folk. It is pleasure and pride to look at them, because the people are to be carried. These wives do it unreproducible and oblivious, and even for that reason it is worth watching a show, a confident producer.
The programme is based on Swiss public television licence. In Switzerland, such broadcasts have been entertained for 8 seasons.
The first broadcast of “real Latvia” will be seen on March 4 at 19:30 LTV 1.
