Stories evening at Luban Lake about changes in natural conditions during the development of Luban
In the water tourism development centre “lighthouse” at Luban Lake on 24 March, 16.00 will be a story evening about the change of natural conditions in the course of the development of Luban. The story will be filled with stories about the change in Lake Luban's surroundings since the stone age to today.
At the time of the stories there will be an opportunity to hear the views of nature and the great Luban that we know at the moment. Let us know a team of researchers who are still studying and studying natural changes in the banks of Lake Luban, when they have been occupied by the first population in the stone age. The storystories of our stories will be a team of researchers from Lake Luban Lake:
- Laimdota Kalniņa, Dr. geog. LU's leading researcher - how has nature and ancient Luban changed?

In the second part of the story, everyone will have the opportunity to prepare themselves for the memorial beads, the ancient armies, the necklace in the workshop of our stone age.
Participation in the event is free of charge, all participants are invited to tea and snack after the event.

The event takes place in the framework of the project “Lubans Latvia at the time and now” with the financial support of the Latvian Environment Protection Fund, which is implemented by the association “at the landings” from the Madona municipality, together with the project partners – the association “Aborians” from the municipality of Luban and “Lubana Vilnis” from the municipality of Rezekne. The project aims at identifying and highlighting the value of Lake Luban as a natural and cultural heritage by organising and building activities based on public awareness, education and sports activities.
