Health Inspectorate: Luban and Razna are allowed to swim

The Health Inspection Public Health Department Latgale Control Division informs that on 10 May 2021 water samples in Luban and Razna were taken to assess the quality of water in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 692 of 28 November 2017 “Procedures for the establishment, maintenance and water quality management of bathing sites”.
The bathing water of Luban Lake's bathing water and Razna Lake's bathing water in Lipuškos complies with the legislative requirements. The Inspectorate declares that the water composition at bathing sites does not endanger the health of the bathers; and is allowed to swim in these bathing areas.
