“Equal Opportunities for All” – Bērzgales Cultural House is adapted for people with special needs in chair lift

The “Nautrēnu parish association” of the municipality of Rezekne IS sub-measure 19.2 of THE EU EAFRD programme 2014-2020. “Implementation of the action under the community-led local development strategy” activities 19.2.2. The LEADER project “Equal Opportunities for All” is implemented under the “Space potential development initiative”.
Within the framework of the project, a diagonal wheelchair elevator was installed AT Bērzgales parish building (it was installed BY SIA “Elevet”) and a mobile wheelchair elevator (supplier SIA “Rol-Automatik SET”) was purchased.
The objective of the project is to increase the capacity of THE parish OF Bērzgales by improving access opportunities FOR the premises of the institutions located IN THE cultural house of Bērzgales for residents with special needs.
The total cost of the project is EUR 20 073.90, the eligible costs being EUR 20 000,00. The aid intensity is 90%, thus the public funding is EUR 18000,00, the co-financing of THE parish government budget OF Bērzgales - EUR 2 073.90.
