The project was 20.gs by the architect P. Pavlov, the designer of the project.
THE congregation of THE Old Believers' Church OF Viļānu is one of the youngest Latgale, established shortly before the construction of the church. In 2004, the construction of a 14-metre high-call tower takes place. As a result, the rooms of the prayer house have become wider. The house is now restored and looks like a new one.
