The farm is located far from the large roads and the production facilities, so the harvested plants are environmentally clean, the natural energy of Latgale and the therapeutic force. The housewife Rosalie Mežatuch knows every herb, knows what kind of body systems it affects. The diversity of herbal plants and fruit trees and bushes is amazing, some plants are planted or sown, some are harvested in forests and natural pastures. The top-culture of the farm is a firefighter from which the leaves of the very favorite firefighter are cooked by the leaflets. Fermentation takes place in a wood furnace, on special ovens.
