On June 28, construction work will be started on a multi-storey apartment block in Beku village

On May 24, 2017, the Ozolaine parish government procurement Commission opened open bidders' envelopes with offers to perform the work of the Beku village site. In total, four offers were received. In the minutes of the Commission's meeting of 25 May 2017, No 3 confirmed that all four tenderers were in conformity with the identification No of the open competition “Replacement of the Beku village”. OPP2017/3 requirements. The award of the contract is granted to the tenderer whose tender was the lowest contract price, so that THE award of the tender won by the Commission was recognised BY SIA “V.J.M. construction”, which would conclude a contract for a total amount OF EUR 213 897,72 (excluding VAT).
The construction project of the SIA “KEM” has been developed by SIA “KEM” in the summer of 2014, but due to lack of financial resources, the municipality of Ozolaine parish had to postpone the project for several years. An update of the construction project was carried out in 2017.
In accordance with the contract concluded on 9 June 2017, the performer SIA “V.J.M. building” commits to the 1 st round of the improvement works – roads and areas to be completed in 2017, and 2 nd turn -- a pedestrian sidewalk and squad -- to be completed in 2018. The responsible construction manager is Ilmārs Brocāns, who will take care of the work on the site. A lawyer selected by the construction supervisor, Treijs, who will follow the proper construction of construction works.
Within the framework of the conversion, the conversion of the inner block of the Beku village is planned, the reconstruction of the inner block and the floor of the parking places, the construction of pedestrian sidewalks, the construction of a well-equipped scanner. The greening of the areas of the conversion area is also planned.
Various factors were taken into account in the project planning process:

  • When surveying the situation at a multi-storey apartment house, it was found that the population of the population is more than the currently provided facilities in the car park area, thus vehicles are placed in the Green Zone of the residential blocks. The project is intended to build 6 vehicle parking areas with 48 vehicle parking places, as well as to restore 2 inner courtyards, replacing concrete border and asphalt concrete cover.
  • The area for improvement in the block area is the area of the garbage container, which is very close to the houses of multi-storey apartments and the existing children's playgrounds, causing unpleasant odours. It is intended to change the location of the waste containers by adapting it to the existing waste sorting point.
  • The area for improvement in the block area shall include the existing lighting posts and THE power wooden supports and terrestrial cables in the management of “distribution networks”. In certain locations, the power restraints are located directly at the street drive or even in the carriageway area, so that it will all be hidden in the ground to prevent anyone from being disturbed.
  • In order to ensure the discharge of the surface water, the cleaning of existing side ditches is intended. In the framework of the technical design of the bequech village, following the construction of roads, pedestrian sidewalks and recreational areas, to foresee the restoration of the green area by beating and planting the plant land, as well as by welding with a multi-annual grassland. Within the framework of the project, the planting of trees and bushes for the purposes of separation of territories is planned.
  • The construction project is designed to minimise negative impacts on the existing environment as far as possible. The construction contractor will have to take active measures in accordance with all existing environmental protection regulations, using construction methods which will provide the necessary measures to prevent the deterioration of the environment. When the reconstruction works are completed, the building contractor will have to arrange the area adjacent to the road.

Due to the fact that construction works will be carried out next to residential houses, residents are encouraged to comply with safety regulations, as well as to discuss the various risks and safety measures of children during construction.
Similarly, residents of residential residential houses are invited to place their cars at the site of their car in the area near the PII “ridge” or at the Ozolaine parish in the People's House (a video surveillance is carried out at THE TN) in order to facilitate the construction of the works, thereby reducing the time necessary for the performance of works.
The Ozolaine parish administration addresses the people and visitors of the village of Bexes with a call to be tolerant and understanding during the placement of the site. In case of confusion or complaints, we call for contact with the responsible persons:
