Invites the head of the cultural house IN the parish OF Čornajas

Rēzeknes novada pašvaldības Čornajas pagasta pārvalde uz noteiktu laiku aicina darbā Čornajas kultūras nama vadītāju.
Requirements for the applicant:
1) higher or secondary vocational education;
2) knowledge, experience and skills in the organisation of cultural work, the organisation of the organiser, the ability to speak in front of the public;
3) knowledge of regulatory enactments regulating the field of culture;
4) excellent knowledge of the Latvian language, knowledge of foreign languages at least at the level of the speech language;
5) skills in working with computer and other office equipment;
6) accuracy, high sense of responsibility, communication, self-initiative and the ability to organise their work rational;
7) work experience in a similar capacity will be considered an advantage.
Duties of work:
1) organise and manage THE work of THE Čornajas People's House, draw up action plans and implement them;
2) to prepare the budget plan of the People's House and control the execution thereof;
3) to plan, co-ordinate and manage cultural and sporting events, the events of national and traditional festivals, cultural and historical events and the festival of the People's Parks;
4) to organise collective activities of clusters and self-activities;
5) to ensure the content and artistic level of the activities organised;
6) to build and strengthen the traditions of the People's Republic;
7) to observe regulatory enactments regulating the activities of cultural institutions.
