Retired pensioner afternoon in Rikava

In the autumn afternoon of 13 October AT Rikavas, parish pensioners gathered for the annual afternoon. Each time, the time of meeting is special because they are festivals, the joy of refreshment, and the delay in wonderful memories.
Warm tea, sweets, concert, musicist – everything was covered with evening participants. The parish administration took care of transportation so that pensioners could get to the event and return home.
The Rēzekne Day Centre Senior dance collective “rainbow” spoke with beautiful dances and songs.
The pensioners had a chance to compete in the puzzle, there was a relay and a variety of toys. At the end of the event, all the participants spent time dancing, listening and singing in the direction of the musician Alexander Kindzul. Every pensioner could draw a white man on his performances. It was delighted that the pensioners were creative and on the spot, not even, even showing the sketch. There was a warm, friendly and favourable atmosphere in the hall. At home, pensioners went with the idea that they would meet again next year.
