Active population and society integration funds offer support opportunities FOR THE involvement OF NGOs in addressing the Ukrainian crisis situation
The Active Citizens' Fund (AIF), in cooperation with the Society Integration Fund (SIF), calls for a seminar on financial support opportunities for non-governmental organisations in Latvia who want to be involved in resolving the Ukrainian crisis situation. The seminar will be held on 4 March 2022 at 15.00 The Zoom platform.
All interested parties shall be requested to fill in the application form until On March 4 at 14.00 – ej.uz/AIF_SIF_atbalsts_Ukraina
During the event, representatives of the active population fund will be informed of: AIF action projects, within which it is possible to receive support up to €10 000 for the involvement and coordination of Latvian civil society, the organisation and development of various pickets and demonstrations, coordination of volunteering, funding campaigns, interest representation activities and other civic active activities. The Society Integration Fund will provide information on the project competition “Aid for volunteering”. Project promoters will be able to receive support up to €10 000 for volunteering activities to help coordinate support and assistance to Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees. The tender documentation will be published On March 4 SIF Websites www.sif.gov.lv under the “project competitions” section, immediately after the SIF Council meeting.
Following the information part, the participants in the group will be able to consult each other, discuss the possibilities of cooperation and synergy, the practical issues of preparation of project applications and other developments, as well as the advice of THE AIF and SIF representatives on project ideas and the preparation and submission of applications.
