Training for youth centre staff on the exchange of experience and networking in youth work
We call on the youth centre staff to participate in non-formal education training on the exchange of experience and the development of cooperation in youth work “do not keep candles under the doorway”. The training will take place between 22 and 24 October in the guest house “Razna Bay”, Rezekne District, Čornajas parish.

Objective of training: to promote the exchange of good practice among youth centre workers by providing support for mutual cooperation
Training tasks:
- promote the exchange of experience of youth centres within the region;
- developing opportunities for joint cooperation between youth centres;
- support youth centres in achieving the objectives through the promotion of resources;
- agree on the concept of a youth information system.
Participants' profile: 22 youth centre workers and/or representatives of organisations who work with young people on a daily basis and want to improve their skills in youth work. 1 -2 participants from one youth centre/organisation are invited to participate in training.

The training will take place for a total of 3 days, so it is important that you can participate in all training days! The training is FREE! The Agency for International Program of Youth, with the support of the cooperation programme of Latvia and Switzerland, shall cover the costs of residence, catering and training. Travel expenses for the course of training should be borne by themselves.
