Participants will be able to perform their tasks at a convenient time and place, the main to have a computer or smartphone with Internet connection.
“The crisis resulting from THE COVID-19 has affected everyone, particularly in the field of work, so it is very important for people at this time to help understand where to move forward after the end of the crisis. In addition, these steps have already been taken. The online game curriculum is designed to be useful and suited to anyone who has lost the job because of the crisis and is not in a position to focus on how to focus in the future as well as those who do not feel the right place in the current work or are in a new job search, as well as teachers who are working with different audiences and can share the lessons learned, as well as other people, as the game is said by its creator, Zuargus Zarmass, from the“ man ”of the learning center.
He states that the project will be the most suitable:

  • unemployed people who don't know where to go.
  • young people who can't decide where to study to learn about;
  • already workers who do not really feel in their place or want to change something because of their routine;
  • young mothers who want a change in their rhythm after parental leave;
  • representatives of the local Communities and teachers who will be able to share their circle with the learned methods;
  • entrepreneurs who dream of starting their business but fluctuate or don't really know what to start with.

In the framework of the project, the training will take place in a 2-week period in the form of Online game, in which participants will perform tasks and match points. At the end of the game, the best participants will receive prizes.
Lector Zuargus Zarmass says: “The game itself will be the following: 14 day participants in a special game platform will receive 1-2 tasks on how to identify themselves, search for their true passion, work or industry, as well as their ability to adapt and successfully deal with challenges in the labour market. The performance of each day can take 10 minutes to an hour, depending on how much each participant will want to invest. The game will promote mutual communication, support and networking, leading to successful projects in the future."
The number of places in the game is limited.
