Purpose of the processing of personal data: survey of learners.

Legal basis for processing personal data: Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“Law of Education”, “General Education Act” and the legislation on which these laws are based).
Additional sources of personal data: information provided by the data subject, national education information system.
Categories of personal data: learners and the legal parents of learners only to the extent laid down in the “Law of Education”, “General Education Law” and the legislation issued on the basis of these laws.
Duration of personal data retention: 10 years.
Recipients of personal data: data subject on himself; authorised staff of the controller; processor only to the extent that the processor is able to provide and provide service to the controller in accordance with the mutually agreed contract; the data protection officer shall only ensure that the data protection officer is able to ensure the execution of the tasks in accordance with the general data protection regulation; the national controlling bodies (if they have an appropriate mandate). Personal data are not sent to third countries or international organisations.
The rights of the data subject: the rights of the data subject shall be determined and regulated by the general data protection regulation, including, but not limited to, by requiring the controller to have access to and repair or deletion of his personal data, or the limitation of processing in respect of himself, or the right to object to the processing, and the right to data portability; withdraw consent without affecting the legality of processing based on prior consent; the right to contact the data protection specialist and submit a complaint, including the supervisory authority, to the Data Protection Officer.
Decision-making: the processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
Personal data processing policy:
• We are very seriously aware of the protection of the processing of personal data, which we are doing with adequate technical and organisational means in accordance with the requirements laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation.
• To ensure the prevention or detection of criminal offences relating to the protection of property and the protection of vital interests of persons, including life and health, we reserve the right to carry out video surveillance.
• In order to be able to ensure the effective implementation of the education programme, we reserve the right to publish individual personal data in the premises of the institution, for example, but not just a list of persons and their examinations, sports and competitions, photographs and photographs from our activities, and so on.
• To provide more effective information to learners' parents, we reserve the right to provide information and documents through learners.
• Do you know that in public events in the premises of the institution we do not ensure the protection of personal data against the reception of photographs of third parties and their possible further unauthorised publication. If such unlawful conduct has taken place without your consent, please refer to the National Inspectorate for Complaints.
