Children's Drawing Competition “My Latvia”
THE Pušas association “Novus” continues the implementation of the “Latgale NGO project programme 2017” project financed by the Ministry of Culture and the association “Southern Latgale NGO Support Centre”, and invites children up to 13 years to participate in the drawing competition “my Latvia”. In order to participate in the competition, the participant draws visual artistic work on the subject. With pencils, chalks, flomesters, colours, etc., mixed techniques may be used.
By-laws of the children's drawing competition “My Latvia”:
1. Tender title: My Latvia.
2. The purpose of the competition is to create a sense of belonging and a positive attitude towards his country, village and neighborhood.
3. Competition organisers: Pušas association “Novus”.
4. Supporters of the competition: Ministry of Culture OF LATVIA and association “Southern Latgale NGO Support Centre”.
5. Participants in the competition: children under 13 years of age.
6. Duration of the competition: 1 November 2017 to 15 February 2017 November.
7. Preparation of works: by participating in the competition, the participant designates visual artistic work on the proposed topic. With pencils, chalks, flomesters, colours, etc., mixed techniques may be used.
8. Submission of works: the invitation to tender must be submitted TO Pušas in the study of “Novus” in parka street 1, Puša, Rezekne municipality (from 8.00 to 12.00) or by post in the youth street 3 – 7, Puša, Rezekne municipality; on the other side of the page, the author's name, surname, age, address of residence, one of the parents or the contact details of the guardian (telephone number and/or e-mail address) shall be indicated on the other side of the page.
9. Evaluation of works: the work will be assessed BY THE Commission of THE “Novus” association OF Pušas.
10. Award: The participants of the competition will be awarded on 18 November AT Pušas TN in the 99 th anniversary event of the Republic of Latvia.
11. Other rules: The bidders reserve the right to use the creative works, indicating the name of the author, in various public activities without co-ordination with the participants in the competition or their legal representatives.
