Free vebinary “how to initiate a simplified renewal of a flat with a certification card?”
The National Inspection Office of Construction invites apartment owners and other interested parties to participate in a free vebinary “how to initiate the simplified renewal of a flat with a certification card?” On 5 February 2021, from 10:00 to 12:00, online - Microsoft Teams.
During the Webinar, the functional consultant Ilze Auzarja of SIA “Tieto Latvia” will provide information on how to initiate the simplified restoration of the apartment by demonstrating the activities to be performed in the construction information system.
The Webinar program.
- Information prior to the commencement of the restoration process.
- Establishment and submission of a certification card:
the creation of a certificate card blanket;
the identification of the initiator;
* identification of the structure (apartment - premises group);
the attraction and authorisation of a construction specialist;
establishment of the construction intention documentation;
the harmonisation of the annexes to the documentation or certification card;
• submission of the certification card and documentation to the building authority.
the submission of the fulfilment of the conditions for commencement of construction works.
