In an electronic auction, the municipality sells Ciskada (willow) school in Sakstagala civil parish (auction suspended on the basis of the electronic auctions of the municipality of Rezekne of 26 February 2021, § 1).

The “Signagala parish council” unit of the municipality of Rezekne is organized by the municipality of Sakstagala parish in the municipality of Sakstagala parish (cadastre No. 7886 006 0597) of the estate of the municipality of Rezekne (cadastre No. 7886 006 0597), or an electronic auction of the former Ciskad (willow) school with an upward step. The notional price of real estate is EUR 32 147. Auction step - 300 EUR.

The property consists of a land unit of 0,7455 ha with cadastre designation 7886 006 0592 and six structures with cadastre designations 7886 006 0499 001, 7886 006 0499 002, 7886 006 0499 005, 7886 006 0499 006, 7886 006 0499 007 and 7886 006 0499 008. The property is located at a church street in 10, Ciskados, Sakstagala parish, Rēzekne municipality.

The building was built in 1930, and by 2009 it was the primary school of Ciskada (willow). Then, for several years, there was a child and family center in the house, but the rooms are empty. The building has two floors, a cap on the right-wing. The school is built from yellow bricks. The basics are built from broken boulders, and the cocolflour is from broken arrows with red brick trim at the windows and doors.

The former willow school is an architectural monument of local significance. “Although the new owner of the building will have to comply with various instructions of the National Inspection for Heritage Protection of the State, it does not prevent the reconstruction of premises for living, creation of a tourist accommodation or adapting to business,” said Sakstagala parish administration manager Tamara Tutin.

Persons wishing to participate in the auction shall register in the auction participants' register on the auction site from 15 February https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv and a security of EUR 3215 is to be paid in the account of the municipality of the municipality of Rēzekne “Dricana parish association” (tail. No 40900027407, account: LV71UNLA0055000969112, AS “SEB Bank”, code UNLALV2X). The fee for participation in e-auctions is fixed AT EUR 20,00, to be credited to the account of the court administration.

It should be noted that there are several large buildings in Rēzekne municipality where the school call is not in existence for years. A successful example is the former Master School of Lendes - it currently operates a sports hall, a youth room, as well as a part of the room in the coffee roaster “Kuup”, while the Rikava primary school building is leased to a merchant who is willing to provide tourism-related services. 

The question of the use of former school buildings on the agenda has been several times, “Jānis Troška, executive director of the municipality of Rezekne.“ For example, in the autumn of last year, an auction was sold at the Main Hill primary school building at Razna Lake, as well as the Nagles School and the boarding. In both buildings, the new owners are already roaring and commencing repairs to implement their intentions, ”the executive director of the municipality opened. Meanwhile, the school building of Zarechnajah, in the parish of Griškans, only nine kilometres from Rezekne, and the Daugavpils school building in Silverish parish are still waiting for new owners.
